What to report
Contact us about phishing, fraud, impersonation, malware, harassment, exploitation, credible threats, infringement, automated abuse, or other unlawful activity that directly involves an Omailo address or domain.
What to include
- The complete Omailo email address or domain involved.
- The date, time, and timezone of the activity.
- A concise explanation of what happened and why it violates our terms.
- Relevant full email headers, URLs, screenshots, or reference numbers when safe to provide.
- A reliable way to contact you if clarification is needed.
Do not send passwords, payment-card data, unnecessary identity documents, illegal files, or sensitive information unrelated to the report.
Urgent danger
If someone is in immediate danger, contact the appropriate local emergency service first. Omailo cannot provide emergency response or identify a user from an email address alone.
Legal and law-enforcement requests
Clearly identify the requesting authority, jurisdiction, legal basis, and requested records. Because inbox content expires quickly, responsive data may no longer exist when a request arrives. Preservation is not guaranteed unless legally valid and technically possible.
Send a report
Email the details to abuse@omailo.net. Use a specific subject such as “Phishing report” or “Malware report.”
