1. The service
Omailo provides temporary, receive-only email inboxes. Inbox lifetime, storage limits, available domains, and other features may change. The service is provided on an “as available” basis and is not intended for permanent storage or reliable account recovery.
2. Your responsibilities
You may use Omailo only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for activity performed through an inbox you create or access and for keeping its private access link confidential.
3. Prohibited use
You must not use Omailo to facilitate spam, fraud, phishing, harassment, impersonation, malware distribution, unauthorized account access, evasion of platform restrictions, infringement, exploitation, or any activity that violates applicable law or another service's rules. You must not probe, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, bypass limits, or interfere with Omailo or its users.
4. Temporary data and delivery
Messages may be delayed, filtered, rejected, truncated, or deleted. Inbox and message expiration is automatic and generally cannot be reversed. Do not use Omailo for valuable, confidential, regulated, or irreplaceable information.
5. Attachments and third-party content
Messages, links, and attachments come from third parties. Omailo does not endorse or guarantee their safety or accuracy. Scan downloads and verify senders before opening files or following links.
6. Enforcement
We may rate-limit, suspend, block, remove, or preserve limited information about activity when reasonably necessary to protect the service, respond to a valid legal request, investigate abuse, or enforce these terms.
7. Disclaimer and limitation
To the extent permitted by law, Omailo is provided without warranties of uninterrupted availability, delivery, fitness for a particular purpose, or data preservation. We are not liable for lost messages, lost access, third-party content, or indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service.
8. Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves. The date below identifies the latest published version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
